ICSSMR Examination Protocols

All candidates are advised to read the following examination protocols carefully before attempting the test. Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to disqualification.

1. Exam Structure

  • The test will consist of 30 questions.
  • Each question carries 2 marks, making the total score 60 marks.
  • A minimum of 50% marks is required to qualify.

2. Duration

  • The total exam time is 60 minutes (1 hour).
  • For example, if a candidate begins the test at 5:00 PM, the system will automatically close the exam at 6:00 PM, regardless of interruptions.

3. Mode of Examination

  • This is a time-bound open-book examination, which can be taken from any location within India.
  • A stable and uninterrupted internet connection for the entire duration is candidate's responsibility.
  • Once the exam begins, no extra time will be granted for network issues, logout, or technical delays.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Capturing, recording, or sharing any part of the exam is strictly prohibited.
  • Seeking or providing help during the test is not permitted. Any violation will result in cancellation of the attempt.

5. Results and Certification

  • The system will automatically generate the certificate, mark sheet, and badge for candidates who achieve the passing grade.
  • Candidates who do not qualify will receive only a mark sheet.
  • After completion, candidates can review and validate their submitted responses.

6. Support During Exam

  • For any technical issues, candidates may contact an ICSSMR-assigned support expert over phone during the exam.
  • Exam Helpline will be provided before the examination.

7. Re-Attempt Policy

  • Candidates can re-attempt to improve their grades.
  • Candidates who wish to reappear, can apply for an additional attempt by paying a fee of ₹250/- through their dashboard.

8. Eligibility

  • Only individual candidates are allowed to register. Institutional registrations are not permitted.
  • If an institutional registration is found, the certificate will remain withheld and no refund will be issued.
